Although there
is nothing wrong with relaxing with your friends and having a drink or two, you
should minimize your alcohol consumption as much as possible since it can lead
to dehydration which is not good for your skin. When you are constantly
dehydrated because of your alcohol consumption, your skin can look dull and
prone to inflammation which is not healthy in the long run. If you are going to
drink, limit to a single glass.

Protecting your skin against signs of aging and
from other damages is easy as long as you try these steps out. The best part?
