All people occasionally have headaches, and there is a great way to get rid of them. You just drink a lot of water and eat a raw banana in order to decrease the pain. Keep in mind that this trick is not always effective. There are different types of headaches and very often people who suffer from headaches are misdiagnosed by their doctors. This is due to the different types of headaches that may appear and because of this the usual treatments may not be effective for many of them. The causes of headaches are often very common, like fatigue or dehydration. Dr. Sakib Qureshi, a very famous neurologist, explains that headaches often are manifested by warning signals and therefore, you have to make a difference between common headaches and the ones that may be very dangerous. So, instead of taking a pill after the headache appears, you should check first if it indicates a more serious health issue. There are four most common types of headaches and they all indicate something about your body. You will easily treat them properly, if you learn the signals.
